I had a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus today thanks to Hassan! I was shopping for everything I needed for my new puppy and he was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Hassan knows the products very well and took the time to help me choose the right items for my puppy. He also helped me enroll in the store’s rewards program so I can receive benefits and earn rewards as a regular customer. I truly appreciate his assistance and the excellent customer service he provided. Hassan is a genuinely kind and valuable employee, and the management should know that they chose the right person to represent their store. Thank you so much, Hassan!

Sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. The Whippany store is my favorite. Store is clean, neatly and fully stocked. As a member I often receive coupons for as much as 25 to 30 percent discount off total price. Also, point rewards for purchases.

So today April 30th around 3ish I went into this store trying to look for some new (better) food for my two ESA American Bully’s- soon as my friend and I walked in I was greeted from a distance by an employee named Jess!! Please everyone remember this employees name!! She was literally AMAZING!! At first we said hello and we were ok we were just shopping around- then I thought why not ask someone at the store who may have some better knowledge on this stuff then me- I’ve owned APBT’s and other Bull breeds and mastiff’s since I was 18yrs old, all rescues from neglectful situations cause rescues r usually difficult to get dogs from- alotta paperwork n stuff- I had rescued my two ESA American Bully’s in November from a neglectful situation and I’ve been battling yeast and allergies issues for a while so I decided to ask Jess some tips and advice as far as the best food for the breed I have now as well as treats and treatments for them with the seasonal allergies and yeast issues and WE LITERALLY TALKED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR!! Jess was sooooo knowledgeable, so professional yet also personable, so helpful and passionate about animals and healthy ways to provide care and feeding and all the

I absolutely love this pet supply store! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by such friendly, welcoming people who clearly care about both pets and their owners. What really sets them apart is that they make their own pet food, and you can tell it’s high quality and made with care. It’s not just a store—it feels like a place where people genuinely love what they do. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions without ever making you feel rushed. Every visit is a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and a truly friendly atmosphere!

Mess my dog up. I requested for a hair trim for my dog, specifically asked for the teddy bear cut but keeping the hair long; so just a trim. Instead they shaved my dog. It is the middle of winter, and we just had 20 inches of snow. Dead wrong for giving my dog this short of a hair cut.
